Lions quarterback Shaun Hill has signed a one year deal with the Rams. Hill, who has spent the past four seasons backing up Matthew Stafford in Detroit,  has an off-season home in Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. Lions general manager Martin Mayhew said he would “definitely consider” taking a quarterback in the upcoming NFL Draft. Dan Orlovsky has also been mentioned as a possible replacement for Hill. Mayhew and coach Jim Caldwell will attend receiver Mike Evans' pro day today at Texas A&M. Evans could be available when the Lions pick at No. 10.
