Michigan Hoops Wins Big Ten Opener

Michigan opened Big Ten play with a 63-60 win last night at Minnesota. Glenn Robinson III, who scored six first-half points, twisted his left ankle and did not finish the game. Robinson is questionable for Sunday's home game against Northwestern. Robinson missed some playing time earlier this season because of a back injury. Zak Irvin, who is a two-time Big Ten Freshman of the Week, scored 15 points on five 3-pointers.
