The Hockey Hall of Fame will host the 2013 induction ceremony tonight. Former Red Wings Chris Chelios and Brendan Shanahan are heading to the Hall. Geraldine Heaney, Scott Niedermayer and Fred Shero are part of the latest class as well. Chelios was elected in his first year of eligibility while Shanahan got selected in his second. Chelios came to the Motor City in the 1998-99 season after playing seven seasons in Montreal and another nine in his native Chicago. Shanahan, who spent nine seasons in Detroit, also played for New Jersey and the New York Rangers.
